At checkout, depending on the order, you can choose payment on invoice, bank transfer or credit card / iDEAL. The amount and all fees are shown in full in the summary before you finish; nothing is added afterwards.
Every order includes a receipt link in the order confirmation. Once a merchant has issued an invoice, you can download it there as a PDF — individually or all together.
A refund always goes back to the original payment method once the merchant has accepted the return or complaint. We do not promise a fixed timeframe — it depends on the payment method.
